ways to partner

Life-Changers (monthly donors)

Around ACC we call our monthly donors “Life-Changers” because consistent givers like you make an enormous difference in our ability to plan and provide the Life-Changing educational ministry of ACC. Every gift impacts the lives of the students we serve!

Named Scholarships

If you are interested in creating a Named Scholarship, please contact the Advancement office at 907-260-7422 x. 4030 or partner@alaskacc.edu.

Employer Match

Increase your impact with a matching gift. Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employee philanthropy. Most companies match dollar for dollar, but some will double or triple an employee’s gift. Check with your current employer, your spouse’s employer, or the company from which you retired to find if your gift is eligible.

Stocks & Marketable Securities

ACC has the ability to receive stocks and marketable securities. Please contact one of ACC’s Advancement representatives by phone or email (partner@alaskacc.edu).

Pick.Click.Give

Alaskan residents can donate a portion of their Alaska PFD through Pick.Click.Give. For more information, visit www.PickClickGive.org.

In-Kind Gifts

ACC appreciates gifts-in-kind, such as equipment, vehicles, works of art and other tangible personal property that help to provide a quality experience for our students.

FAQs

Are donations to Alaska Christian College tax-deductible?
Yes. Alaska Christian College is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Federal tax ID#: 92-0174205. ACC is an educational ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church and part of the Alaska Conference.
What is the best way to give to ACC?
ACC appreciates every gift! The most convenient way for ACC to receive donations is through our secure giving portal on our website. The most cost-effective option is an EFT/checking-account transfer because there is no per-transaction fee.
Why do ACC staff and faculty have to raise financial support and how can I support them?
Full-time staff and faculty are asked to raise support to assist the general ministry budget in meeting its obligations due to the limited ability our students have to pay the actual costs of their education.
How may I give in honor or memory of someone?
Simply include the name of those you are honoring or giving in memory of…on your check or through your online gift. All gifts in honor or memory are listed in our quarterly newsletter. For major gifts, a plaque or named building may be added to thank a family, church, or individual for a major gift towards any aspect of the College’s ministry. Our Memorial Brick campaign is another way to give in honor or memory of someone.
